As a domestic manufacturer located in the heart of Dallas, Texas, and an employer of nearly 200 American jobs, we know that the value we provide customers as a supplier goes beyond price. We deliver products of the highest quality and consistency – molded, decorated, and shipped from our centrally located facilities in Texas.

As part of our ongoing commitment to process and design in drinkware and tableware, at NTL Brands we continue to invest in equipment and technology to support our innovations. From molding to decorating, we offer a broad array of manufacturing capabilities, enabling us to produce over 300,000 units of product a day at full capacity, and ensuring that our customers’ products are delivered on time and as ordered.

PRODUCTION

We mold and assemble all plastic products from raw material to finished good, ensuring domestic quality you can count on.

INJECTION MOLDING
19 machines and automated robotics mold acrylic, Tritan™ and polypropylene products.

COMPRESSION MOLDING
11 machines apply heat and pressure to mold melamine dinnerware.

SONIC WELDING
The use of heat generated from high-frequency mechanical motion to join plastics together.

DECORATING

Our drinkware and melamine products are decorated using three basic methods of decoration.

SUBLIMATION
Four-color images are transferred to treated surfaces using heat and pressure.

DIRECT PRINT
Ink is applied to vessel using Kammann screen printing equipment.

PRINTED INSERT
Full-color, 360° designs of paper and Mylar are inserted into double wall vessel.

IN-MOLD LABELING
Full-color, 360° designs are printed and molded directly into the vessel.
